Enjoy a Cup of Utah State Witches Brew Tea and Help Support Breast Cancer Awareness

Need some R&R near the end of the workday? Bring your friends and stop by the Utah State University Haight Alumni Center Thursday, Oct. 28, from 3:30-5 p.m. for the 2nd annual “Witches Brew Tea,” provided by the Utah State Alumni Association.

The event will celebrate all breast cancer survivors and is free and open to the public. October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and donations are welcome and will be given to the Cache County Breast Cancer Support Group.

“Everyone is welcome, so come for some fun and relaxation and celebrate with cancer survivors,” said Louise Young, Alumni Center director. “This is a great chance for people from both the campus and the community to mingle and visit with one another.”

Tea and other hot and cold drinks will be provided, as well as a delicious assortment of goodies. Guests are invited to enter a drawing for a number of door prizes.

“The tea ritual is comforting and inviting,” said Young.

Guests may park in the Terrace, and parking receipts will be validated.

RSVP by Tuesday, Oct. 26, to Young, (435) 797-2523 or Echo Stocks, (435) 797-2055.
