Employee Health Fair and Flu Shot Clinic Oct. 30

The office of Human Resources sponsors an Employee Health Fair and Flu Shot Clinic Monday, Oct. 30, in the Taggart Student Center. Both are open to all USU faculty and staff.

The Health Fair runs from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Sunburst and International lounges. Benefit vendors will attend.

The Flu Shot Clinic runs from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. in the Stevenson Ballroom. Flu shots are $10 for USU employees and spouses with a BlueCross BlueShield card. Cost is $20 for those without the card or for dependents.

Several other shots are available at the clinic, including tetanus shots at $17.50 each for USU employees and spouses with the insurance card or $35 without. Pneumonia shots are $20 with the card or $40 without.
