Educating the Family of the Future

Many couples and children in Utah live in stepfamilies and desire to have stable, satisfying and successful relationships. To address this need, USU researchers Brian Higginbotham, Linda Skogrand and Scott Allgood, received a $2.3 million grant to teach healthy marriage skills to stepfamilies.

For more information on the program, contact Brian Higginbotham, 435-797-7276. The stepfamily counseling program will be available through Centro de Familia, the Child and Family Support Center of Cache County and the Ogden-Weber Community Action Partnership.
