Eccles Conference Center Auditorium Renovation Ribbon Cutting
The auditorium at USU's Eccles Conference Center has been renovated and a ribbon cutting ceremony is Monday, April 20. Everyone is invited.
A state-of-the-art renovation of the Utah State University Eccles Conference Center’s Auditorium has been completed.
To mark the event, university officials and University Inn and Conference Center Executive Director Leila Neilson will cut the ceremonial blue ribbon Monday, April 20, at 2 p.m. to recognize the newly renovated auditorium.
The public is invited to attend the ceremony and an open house that follows. Tours of the facility are planned, in addition to information about services offered.
Free parking is provided at the Big Blue Parking Terrace next to the University Inn. For information, contact Mara Christensen, 435-797-3032.
The Eccles Conference Center overlooks the Quad in the heart of USU’s campus and hosts researchers, professionals and students from around the world at a variety of activities held at the center.
Construction of the conference center and its original auditorium, as well as the University Inn and Big Blue Parking Terrace, was funded by the W.L. Kellogg Foundation and was completed in 1981. The USU Kellogg Life Span Learning Complex is one of only 11 such college complexes found across the United States.
