Declining Health of Health Care

The ailing American health care system is a larger threat to national security than terrorism, says Utah State University professor Mike Lyons. The Bush administration is understandably reluctant to tackle the issue, which proved a political landmine for the early Clinton administration. Lyons says a long-term, bi-partisan approach is needed to achieve successful reform.
