Dave Cowley Named Associate Vice President for Business and Finance at USU

Several administrative changes have taken place in the office of the Vice President for Business and Finance at Utah State University. Following Lori Shelby’s departure, nine candidates emerged as possible replacements.

Dave Cowley, formerly associate vice president for financial services and the university controller, has been named associate vice president for business and finance. He assumed his new duties Sept. 17, including oversight of the controller’s office. Additionally, Rick Allen was named controller.

 

The vice president’s office for business and finance extended congratulations to Cowley and Allen, thanking them for their commitment and positive contributions to the organization.
