Colorful Cranberries

USU nutritionists say the health benefits of cranberries, combined with their unique taste, versatility and ease of use, make them a popular choice during the holidays. Cranberries are a rich source of antioxidants, which help neutralize harmful free radicals in the body. One cup of cranberries is an excellent source of vitamin C, B6 and fiber and has only 54 calories.
