College of Agriculture Day on the Patio

Rodney J. Brown, former USU dean and deputy under the Secretary of Agriculture, will discuss the creation of the new USDA food pyramid on Tuesday, April 18, at 10:30 a.m. in the TSC auditorium.

The lecture is part of the College of Agriculture’s Day on the Patio. Utah State professor Siew Sun Wong will join Brown and discuss the application for the new food pyramid’s use.

Following the lecture, Day on the Patio continues with events on the TSC patio from noon to 2 p.m. Events and treats include popcorn and soda, fudge popsicles, cheese tasting and shish kabobs.
