Cleaning Up Polluted Waters
USU water expert Charles Hawkins is working to clean up the nation’s waterways. Hawkins was part of a small team of scientists who laid the groundwork for standardized measurement of the quality of varied water bodies throughout the United States. The data from the measurements allows the EPA to strategize and clean-up those bodies of water that are polluted.
