Clean Fruits and Veggies

Nutritionists recommend that people eat at least five servings of fruits and vegetables daily. But along with the emphasis, comes concern about pesticide residue and bacteria on fresh produce. The Food and Drug Administration recommends that all fruits and veggies benefit from a thorough water wash to reduce soil, surface microbes and some pesticides.
