Changing Workforce Demands

Advances in technology are requiring more training and education for laborers and managers alike. Ross Robson of Utah State University’s College of Business says many of today’s jobs require computer literacy. “Technology hasn’t eliminated a lot of manufacturing jobs, but it is changing the nature of work,” he says. “Now it’s more brains and less brawn.”
