Celebrate the Emma Eccles Jones College of Education and Human Services with the college during CEHS Week Nov. 16-20! Come to play, serve, network, learn and win!

Monday, November 16

“We are CEHS” Kickoff

TSC Lounges, Education Building and Merrill-Cazier Library

11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Come and meet the CEHS Student Council in THREE different locations to kickoff the 2015 College of Education and Human Services Week! We will be selling college t-shirts, raising money for Toys For Tots and giving out information for other events during the week. Includes refreshments, t-shirts and a giveaway.

Stuff-A-Bus

Maverik Stadium Parking Lot

7 p.m.

Join the Val R. Christensen Service Center and the CEHS Student Council in collecting food for the Cache Community Food Pantry. Don’t forget to dress warmly! Hot chocolate served.

Tuesday, November 17

Turkey Shoot

Fieldhouse

1-2 p.m.

Test your basketball skills and challenge the CEHS Student Council in a round of Lightning. If you win in the final round, you get a free turkey!

Networking Night

Haight Alumni Center

7-8:30 p.m. (please check-in at 6:45 p.m.)

Mix and mingle with fellow Aggies and Aggie Alumni for the CEHS Networking Night. Sponsored by the College of Education and Human Service Student Council and the Student Alumni Association. Cake and Italian sodas will be served! Check-in begins at 6:45 p.m. Business casual dress, please.

Wednesday, November 18

Kissing Marathon

11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The CEHS Student Council is bringing back an old USU event. All couples (and friends) welcome to participate. Fastest couple to complete all seven challenges wins — as long as you don’t break the kiss (or unlink arms). There will be refreshments, prizes and a photo booth

Graduate Student Event: Movie Screening of PhD Part II

Calling all Graduate Students! The School of Graduate Studies will be showing part two of the PhD Movie. Enjoy some treats and meet other graduate students.

Gourmet Hot Chocolate Bar

In celebration of CEHS Week 2015 and the opening of the Aggie Recreation Center building, stop by and enjoy some gourmet hot chocolate outside of the HPER. Don’t forget to enter in a giveaway to win a $25 gift card.

“Don’t Foil My Plans” Movie Premiere

Eccles Science Learning Center 130

7-8:30 p.m.

Filmmaker Ben Stamper will screen his documentary, Don't Foil My Plans. The presentation tells the story of Justin Canha, a young adult with autism whose dream is to be an animator. Justin will also attend the screening, and they will both be on hand for a question and answer session following the film. All USU students are invited to attend. Refreshments will be served.

“We are CEHS” Raffle

11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Sign up with your friends to participate in The Aggie Games and enter to win two great movie gift prizes. Refreshments, t-shirts and prizes will be available.

The Aggie Games

TSC Auditorium

7:30-10:30 p.m.

Five teams of Aggies will compete to win the ultimate prizes: 24” TV, Galaxy Tablet and Razor Scooter. Whether you are on a team or are spectating, everyone is welcome. Popcorn, prizes and a photo booth will be provided.
