Blending Families

Nearly half of all marriages in the U.S. are between people who have been married before, and 33 percent of all Utah marriages fall into this category. Consequently, step-families are on the rise and despite the challenges presented by the situation, USU researchers say blended families have the potential to enjoy strong, stable and satisfying relationships.
