Balance Your Life

Utah State University’s ADVANCE program offers a seminar that focuses on work/life balance. The seminar, Mastering Professional and Personal Balance — “The Gold and Green Zones” — is presented by USU professor Rich Gordin, a nationally recognized sport psychologist.

The seminar is free to all USU faculty and is slated for Thursday, Feb. 8, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Eccles Conference Center, 201/203. A catered lunch follows the session. RSVP reservations are required by Feb. 1.

To RSVP, contact Trish Kalbas-Schmidt, ADVANCE program leader via email, or call 797-8069.

Kalbas-Schmidt said the seminar gives faculty the chance to learn and explore how they can better manage and balance the different facets of their lives.
