Avoid Lawnmower Mishaps

An estimated 60,000 Americans will head to the ER this year with lawn care-related injuries. "To stay safe, do not attempt to repair or adjust a lawnmower while the engine is running," says Utah State University professor Richard Beard. "Do not operate mowers around young children and take special care when backing power equipment."
