Your mom was on the right track when she urged you to eat your fruits and vegetables and she should follow her own advice, say USU researchers. Recent findings from the Cache County Memory Study revealed that older adults with diets rich in fruits and vegetables performed better on standardized memory tests than those with low fruit and vegetable intake.
