AGGIES HOST UNLV SATURDAY AFTERNOON
• Utah State continues Mountain West play this weekend as it hosts UNLV Saturday, Oct. 25, at 2 p.m., in a game that will be nationally televised on ESPNews.

• Utah State has won six straight home games and 15 of its last 17 home games overall, which includes winning nine of its last 10 conference home games. Under current head coach Matt Wells, USU is 7-2 at home including a 4-1 league record. Overall, USU is 127-98 (.564) all-time at Romney Stadium.

• Utah State has won six of its last seven Mountain West games and 19 of its last 21 league games dating back to 2011. USU won a school record 13 straight conference games before falling at home to Boise State, 34-23, on Oct. 12, 2013. All-time, USU is 8-2 (.800) in Mountain West play.

• Utah State is 5-1 following a loss under head coach Matt Wells. Overall, USU has won six of its last seven games following a loss and has lost back-to-back games just once in its last 40 games dating back to 2011.

WHAT TO WATCH FOR SATURDAY
• Utah State has won 29 of its last 40 games and those 11 losses have been by a combined 89 points (8.1 ppg). Those 29 wins are the third-most in the West behind Oregon (34) and Stanford (30).

• Utah State's defense has forced 19 turnovers in its last six games, intercepted 28 passes in its last 17 games, and recorded a total of 66 turnovers in its last 30 games. USU has also scored three defensive touchdowns this season and six defensive touchdowns in its last 15 games. Overall, USU's 19 forced turnovers rank fourth in the nation.

• With a win against UNLV this weekend, Utah State's senior class will set the school record for wins in a four-year period as this year's senior class is currently 31-16 during the last four years. The current school record for wins during a four-year period is 31 set by last year's senior class.

• Senior LB Zach Vigil ranks first in the Mountain West and 10th in the nation in tackles for loss (1.60 pg), and second in the MW and tied for 13th in the nation in tackles (11.0 pg), while his brother, sophomore LB Nick Vigil ranks tied for second in the MW and tied for 41st in the nation in fumbles forced (0.29 pg), third in the MW and tied for 27th in the nation in tackles (9.9 pg), fourth in the MW in tackles for loss (1.1 pg), and tied for ninth in the MW in sacks (0.50 pg).
