Advancing the Workplace

USU’s ADVANCE program is a project funded by the National Science Foundation that aims to improve the recruitment and retention of women faculty in the colleges of Science, Engineering, Agriculture and Natural Resources. The program seeks to foster a workplace environment that increases both faculty effectiveness and gender equity.
