Access Provides Opportunities

Children with special health care needs can live healthier and fuller lives if they have access to everyday things, say researchers at USU’s Center for Persons with Disabilities. The CPD is working with communities from around the country to provide access for people with special needs for things ranging from playground visits to expanded educational opportunities.

For more information, contact Richard Roberts, 435-797-3346. Roberts is the project director for the National Center for Inclusive Community-Integrated Services for Children with Special Health Care Needs at USU’s Early Intervention Research Institute at the Center for Persons with Disabilities.
