A 'Good Enough' Holiday

New stepfamilies eager to create a memorable first holiday should temper their expectations, says USU researcher Brian Higginbotham. Patience, compromise and communication are essential to balancing diverse traditions and desires. He suggests family members acknowledge that not everything will be perfect, but the holiday can still be enjoyable.
