10-Year-Olds Need Ten

USU researchers found that when parents spend at least 10 hours a week interacting with their 10 to 14-year-old child, both parent and child benefit. The findings held true regardless of ethnicity and gender. This is good news for busy parents juggling responsibilities both inside and outside the home, as 10 hours translates to less than an hour and a half per day.
