About This Certificate

The Photonics Certificate introduces students to electromagnetism, quantum mechanics, optics, microfabrication, photonics, and integrated photonic devices, providing a broad background to pursue careers in photonics.

The certificate program will build up students’ employable skills in the photonics industry and provide a strong foundation for those who want to pursue graduate degrees in photonics.
